ProAge is a member-led, UK charity whose mission is to promote age inclusion in the workplace, so that workers of all ages can thrive and older workers have the opportunities they need to choose when and how they retire.

We will use our knowledge on brain health to look at intergenerational learning and young onset of dementia.

We will draw upon the experiences or our owners and put forward questions to the younger generation to help find new solutions to meet the challenges that the 100-year life will bring in the next 30 years.
