Initiative and campaign by EJECON (Spanish Association of Senior Executives and Board Members) , working to dismantle ageism and empower senior Talent.


As a seasoned Senior Project Management HR professional at Alvarez and Marsal, a global Strategic Management Consultancy firm, specialising in performance improvement, turnaround management and business advisory services, Francisca brings over two decades of extensive experience in Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, as well as Talent Management across the EMEA Region. 


I lead Spain's initiative by the Spanish Association of Executives and Board Members, 'Why 52?' , which advocates for the inclusion of senior talent in organisations. This platform challenges ageism and promotes real change in how we value talent. 

As an advisory board member for APTASE, Senior Talent Professional Association, a non-profit organisation founded in Spain in 2022 that aims to promote the value of senior talent in the workplace, we are working to create a more inclusive and age-friendly workplace where everyone can reach their full potential.
