Rachel Neaman

Rachel is an influential technology leader and accomplished speaker specialising in digital transformation, leadership, inclusion, skills and health technology. Her distinguished executive career spans the private, public and not-for-profit sectors across the UK and internationally.

Rachel now runs her own consultancy providing strategic advice to

executives and boards and is an International Coaching Federation-accredited leadership coach. She is a Governor of Birkbeck, University of London, and Senior Independent Director of TPXImpact Plc. She is a Fellow of the RSA and in 2025 was inducted into the Most Influential Women in IT Hall of Fame.

Pledge

Coming from a family with a long history of dementia, including early-onset Alzheimer’s, living well in later life is a personal passion. I have experienced first-hand the devastating toll such age-related illnesses have on families, and how even small changes can have enormous impact in supporting people to live independently for longer.

I pledge to support Age Irrelevance to create an age-inclusive society and ensure we all continue to contribute to society well beyond the traditional working years.
