Victoria Tomlinson is CEO and founder of Next-Up, a business dedicated to unlocking the potential of experienced professionals and reshaping how organisations support later-life careers. A TEDx speaker and published author, she is a recognised thought leader on unretirement, career transitions, and age inclusion and is a BBC-Expert on these subjects. Victoria also serves on the board of WILD Digital and has a long-standing track record of advising senior leaders on diversity, digital confidence, and workforce transformation. 

Through Next-Up’s strategic programmes and platform, Victoria is pioneering new approaches to succession planning, midlife reskilling, and multigenerational collaboration making her a powerful voice in the age equity movement.
