Professor Vikki McCall – Co-founder and Creative Director of Socialudo and Professor of Social Policy at the University of Stirling

I lead work that tackles inequality through co-produced, evidence-based change – particularly in housing, ageing, and inclusive policy. Through Socialudo, we use serious games to bring lived experience to the centre of decision-making.

I’m passionate about tackling the stigma, exclusion and discrimination that too often shape how we age, and about creating a future where inclusive ageing is the default position, and accessibility is not treated like an 'add-on'.
